  1. Physical simulation and mathematical modeling of nanoelectronic structures
  2. Low-dimensional systems, narrow-band semiconductors
  3. Magnetic phenomena, micromagnetics, frustrated magnetic systems, opal-like structures
  4. X-ray and neutron small angle scattering
